Camping Reservation Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelled after 48 hours of being made
    and before 14 days prior to check-n
$5.00 plus $3 per night Reservation Fee ($12 Weekly Reservation Fee)
  • Cancelled within 14 days to check-in
$15.00 plus $3.00 per night Reservation Fee ($12.00 Weekly Reservation Fee)
  • Same-day (check-in day) Cancellations
$25.00 plus $3.00 per night Reservation Fee ($12.00 Weekly Reservation Fee)
  • No Shows - Not checked in by 9PM on check-in day
$25.00 plus $3.00 per night Reservation Fee  ($12.00 Weekly Reservation Fee)
  • Late checkout fee

Green Keys with $35.00 of outstanding fees will be placed on "Hold"
If your Green Key is on 'Hold" you can not make a reservation or use your Green key for special discounts until the outstanding fees are paid.
Outstanding fees can be paid at any Suffolk County Golf Course or Campground and the West Sayville Administration Building.
