Camping Reservation Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelled within 48 hours of being made
No Charge
  • Cancelled after 48 hours of being made
    and before 7 days prior to check-n
$25.00 plus $12 Reservation Fee
  • Cancelled within 7 days to check-in
$45.00 plus $12.00 Reservation Fee
  • Same-day (check-in day) Cancellations
$45.00 plus $12.00 Reservation Fee
  • No Shows - Not checked in by 9PM on check-in day
$45.00 plus $12.00 Reservation Fee
  • Late checkout fee
$25.00
Green Keys with $35.00 of outstanding fees will be placed on "Hold"
If your Green Key is on 'Hold" you can not make a reservation or use your Green key for special discounts until the outstanding fees are paid.
Outstanding fees can be paid at any Suffolk County Golf Course or Campground and the West Sayville Administration Building.
