Attention Green Key Card Holders.

As of January 1, 2009, the Parks will no longer be accepting any paper gift certificates as tender. Any patron who wishes to redeem such certificates should go to the West Sayville Operations Office to verify validity of certificate and to exchange it for a gift card.

All Suffolk County Golf Courses will be open for play weather permitting beginning Friday, March 12th. Please contact the clubhouse for details.

The following late cancellation rules are in effect for the 2010 Golf Season.
The fees are as follows:
Golf Reservation Cancellations/Modifications Fee
Reservations cancelled or modified 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled tee time. $0.00
Reservations cancelled or modified between 12 to 48 hours of your scheduled tee time $3.00 Per Golfer Reservation Fee
Reservations cancelled or modified within 12 hours prior to scheduled tee time or No Show's $8.00 Per Golfer
($5.00 Cancellation Fee and $3.00 Reservation Fee)

All fees will be assessed against the Captain (Person that made the reservation)
Green Keys with $35.00 of outstanding fees will be placed on "Hold"
If your Green Key is on 'Hold" you can not make a reservation or use the Green key for special discounts until the outstanding fees are paid.
Outstanding fees can be paid at any Suffolk County Golf Course or Campground and the West Sayville Administration Building.
